The project is just 120m from the sea front of Portocolom, the largest natural port in Mallorca.  It is an excellent place for anyone seeking peace and quiet and the typical charm of an old-fashioned Mallorcan fishing village. Portocolom offers some of the best beaches on the island of Mallorca, as well as a host of beautiful coves to explore.
